Providers in our network are separate businesses. Their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work in your home, starting with the provider and keeping a written record usually helps.
Please also tell us what happened. Your feedback helps us support honest practices within the network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Androiddominant Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, manage warranty claims, refund provider work or represent the provider.

We acknowledge complaints by email, generally within a few business days. We then look into the concern and may contact the provider as part of that process. Our reply explains our findings and any action we are taking.
If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may assist with concerns involving licensed contractors.
